The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) recently released an updated Community Supports Policy Guide, reorganized into two volumes to provide clearer guidance.
- Volume 1includes updated service definitions for eight Community Supports that address members’ health-related social needs.
- Volume 2provides updated definitions for seven housing-focused Community Supports, including Transitional Rent.
